1Password has an Android client.  As a result of that, if you really 
need to you can very likely MacGyver something on a linux machine (i.e. 
run it through the andoid dev kit).  I haven't done something like that, 
but based on how it all works and the degree of android dev that occurs 
on linux, it should be doable.

You can also see if you are able to run the windows client through 
wine/crossover or even in a VM.  Might be an easy solution.
