[u-u] old processor manuals

I'm trying to track down printed copies of some old CPU manuals.
I'm mostly interested in the m68k manual
http://cache.freescale.com/files/archives/doc/ref_manual/M68000PRM.pdf but
might be interested in others.  If someone has one gathering dust on their
bookshelf let me know.
