"The Hut Six Story" by Gordon Welchman. Not just a history, it has a
number of lessons about security and management that are still valid. The

suggests that it might be as well to get the original 1982 edition. (Even
if the threat of a Soviet blitzkrieg is no longer significant.)

The Chua Lectures on memristors and their remarkable power in circuits

The series is half over, but there are recordings of the earlier ones.
Chua's lecturing style can be maddening at times, and "garish" would be a
polite description of his slides, but the content is sufficiently
interesting, (neurons are involved), to make it worth tolerating.
