[u-u] Zoom vs. Jitsi

Zoom works for me
I just had a conflict last month.

We set up a Jitsi server,
but it doesn't work very well with more than a couple of people and 
video.
Fast symmetrical connection, but no CDN.
I didn't tweak the settings though, one of the kids just used 
defaults.
