[u-u] Ephemera/ACM computing publications from past decades

I would guess that most University libraries would have their own
subscriptions to the ACM. I thought about UoIT because of it's
recent-ness. Not specifically casting shade, but I would have thought
the UoT would have looked down it's collective nose at UoIT :).
