No, not really.

Aside from the general library system, U of T Engineering has its own
Engineering and Computer Science library that might be more interested
in those materials if you want to get in touch with them (cf.
https://engineering.library.utoronto.ca/), but I don't know who's on the
other end of that phone/email, so there's no advantage to me inserting
myself into the conversation.

The U of T libraries have access to the ACL Digital Library, so I don't
know whether they'll have any interest in more physical copies.
