[u-u] Nominative Determinism at work?

I detect bias in the reporting.  They make it sound as though he was 
disgruntled ex-employee.  He was RBC employee and had proper access, at 
the time.  That's why he got the access.  What they are not saying is, 
how RBC found out.  There must be other things that triggered the alarm.
