We (Vybe Networks) can probably help.  We may even be able to save you a
whole mess of trouble by using our virtual PBX.  Nothing to install at
your end.  We just drop ship you the phones, you plug them into your
network and you have a PBX phone system.  You also don't need to put all
of your extensions in a single location.  Our office has extensions in
Toronto, New Brunswick, Niagara Falls, NY and I am currently in New
Orleans with an extension on my desk.

You don't have to use our phones but it does make is simpler.  Once you
plug them in the auto-provision.  You could also use your own phones and
set them up manually.
