I've heard of zoiper, and would consider it as a backup plan if the
native Android 4 SIP client doesn't work.

However, what I was looking for was credentials
(username/password/server) I can put into the SIP client to make a test
call, to check whether a call of more than 15 minutes suffers the same
fate as my netTALK service.
