[u-u] Surplus Cellphone

As a result of network changes, I have a surplus, nearby new, cellphone.

I don't want to discard it or have it cluttering up a drawer if it can be
of use to someone. Recovering some fraction of its value would be nice,
but donation to a suitable cause is also an option.

It is a SKY Elite C55, 4G LTE (but not VoLTE), supposedly compatible with
Lucky Mobile, but not SpeakOut. The IMEI is 355807231824029 or ..037 (2
SIM slots).

Has anyone any suggestions?
