I infer that you are on SpeakOut -- that's how you know that it doesn't 
work on SpeakOut.

Did you buy it from them?  Can you appeal to their sense of fairness -- 
will they give you a trade-in credit?

All these confusing standards.  I have the impression that VoLTE is 
getting quite important.

I *think* it is a requirement for supporting WiFi calling, something I use 
with Freedom Mobile because cell coverage is bad in my house.
